As director of products and support, Dan is responsible for the management of hardware/software development, manufacturing, technical support and documentation. Dan's background in television production and editing allows him to not only develop the best product offerings, but also help our clients through their most challenging technical issues.

What is the most interesting or memorable project you've been a part of?
Dial testing of speeches during the 1996 Republican National Convention.
What is one thing people don't generally know about you?
I started out as an art major in college.
Where in the world do you most want to visit?
Rafting the Grand Canyon.
What's the strangest thing in your computer case?
In my computer case I carry a 1976 Eisenhower U.S. dollar coin given to me by a colleague for good luck when I moved away from my hometown of Iowa City. I have carried this coin with me in my personal bag since 1989. I've been lucky enough since then.
What's the best hotel amenity you've ever received?
At the Hyatt Hotel in downtown Houston I stayed in a room with a 6' x 6' walk-in shower.
What is your favorite / least favorite:
Word: Mojo / Mildew
Smell: Citrus / Lily (flower)
Sound: Loon call / (Tie) Palm Treo ringtone / screech when opening ironing board
What's your idea of a perfect Saturday morning?
Rise early on a sunny June Saturday. Have breakfast on the patio, and then shop at my neighborhood farmer's market.
What food could you not live without?
Oregon "Hood" strawberries.

Me in the middle, my son and dog on one side and my wife on the other.
What's your favorite drink?
Laurelwood Brewpub's Free Range Red Ale, fresh from my 64oz. growler jug.
